Moi kaikille!!!

Qué tal estos días? Ha llovido bien, verdad?

Pero hoy es Carnaval y no, no, no ... no llueve! Así podemos celebrar mejor.

Benalmádena Pueblo no es muy famosa por sus carnavales. No son tan impresionantes como los carnavales de Cádiz, Isla Cristina en Huelva o Islas Canarias, pero aún así son graciosos.

Tal vez tú también te has preguntado el origen del carnaval y yo al final lo entiendo así:

Yo creo que "Carnaval" viene del latín y tiene que ver con la "carne". Pero tengo mis dudas a qué tipo de carne se refiere ... la carne de comer o el "consumo" de la carne humana?!

Pues el carnaval es una fiesta para divertirse y pasarselo superbien donde se permite casi todo y con cierto descontrol.

Y es que justo después del carnaval comienza la cuaresma que son 40 días de abstinencia, ayuno, reflexión ... en fin para imitar los 40 días que pasó Jesús Cristo en el desierto ...

.... y después de la cuaresma viene la Semana Santa.

La cuaresma comienza el 28.02 y finaliza el 05.04. que es el Domingo de Ramos y da comienzo a la Semana Santa. Bueno, eso lo comentaré más adelante cuando llegue la fecha.

Lo cierto es que .... Amigos! si quieren seguir los ritos .... dense prisa porque hoy pueden pecar, comer en abundancia, beber, divertirse, disfrazarse, hacer tonterías, criticar ... que luego viene la cuaresma y se acabó la fiesta!!!

Benalmádena Pueblo is not very famous because of its carnivals. They are not so impressive as the Carnival of Cádiz, Isla Cristina (Huelva) or Canary Islands, but they are funny anyway.

Because the carnival is a party with the only proposal of having fun. Almost everything is allowed.

The carnival takes place just before the beginning of the Lent. That means all this party just before the 40 days of abstinence, fasting, reflection ... in order to imitate the 40 days that Jesus spent in the desert ...

.... Easter starts inmediatly after these 40 days (Lent).

The Lent begins on 28.02 and ends on 05.04. with the Palm Sunday => Begin of Easter.
Well, let's talk about Easter in April.

The truth is that .... Friends! if you want to follow the rituals .... Hurry now! because today you can eat and drink in abundance, have fun till you fall asleep, dress different, do nonsense, criticize .... because after that my friends ... comes the Lent and the party is over!!!
